It's a real learning experience, I'll say that. One would never think that a tiny little operation like we've got ourselves here would be so involved! I'm learning quite a lot about the United States Postal Service and mailing in general, about running an inventory system, nevermind how simple, out of our spare room, and also about composing receipts for customers- just to name a few things that have come up so far- all during my regular work week! I guess the other option is to try to do these things on the weekends, but I like to try to mail out orders the day that they come in, and I assume this will be appreciated by the people who send us their orders.
